It takes from 3 up to 14 days to make a piece of jewelry to order. Now let's learn more about each stage from idea to realization.
First, you need to decide on the visual part of the product. You can choose a ready-made photo or provide a sketch of the jewelry. Or you can create it together with our designer. You will be understood and heard from the first word, and the creative process will turn into the future materialization of your dreams.
After that, we will be able to calculate the cost of the product and determine the timing of the jewelry production. Or vice versa: we can focus on your budget and determine all possible options for implementation.
At this point, your jewelry becomes almost a reality that can still be transformed. Play with the shape, size, or colors, add stones, or change the jewelry to a more minimalist design.
You can change the design or shape of the jewelry, and the cost of manufacturing the product will not change. If you want to add precious stones or other details, we will adjust the cost of the future jewelry accordingly.
This is the final stage of editing, which reflects the future jewelry as realistically as possible. You can virtually "twist" the piece, view it from all sides, and make additional creative changes. At the visualization stage, the jewelry exists only in a virtual format. We will send you a rendering so that you can see the 3D model of your future piece from different angles.
With this, we are one step closer to realizing your wish. We finally approve the 3D model and proceed to the jewelry magic.
Before making a real piece of jewelry, Apsen Diamond jewelers create an identical wax model of the product. Our technology allows us to create the most miniature and complex elements with detailed accuracy.
You will see a product that is as close to the real thing as possible if you want to get a photo or video of the wax model. This is your future jewelry, but it is made of wax: of real size, shape and with realistic details.
The stage when a dream becomes a reality. You can entrust this magic to our jewelers. They transfer the wax product to the casting. Then the product undergoes processing, grinding, polishing, and setting of stones.
